Carter Observatory

We went to the Carter Observatory, It was very fun. We watched a show on what it is like on the moon and what it's like to be an astronaut. Then we watched how we could spot stars at home as well as Mars and Jupiter. Then we went to the class room and looked at some interesting facts.

Did You Know:

- Pluto is now called a Dwarf planet because there are lots of other planets in our Solar System that are the same size. 

- All the star signs are originally created from the stars in the sky.

- You can find which way is North with the stars (Southern Cross)
